Not yet. They had another truck that they were already working on that was having the same problem as me. They initially told me that it wasn’t the TCU like was suggested here and two other super duty forums. They finally figured out that it was the TCU and that they need it for two or more weeks to fix it. I haven’t taken it back in for them to fix it since I use my truck for work.
Two or more weeks? What are they smoking? Same issue as everyone else was having, they had my truck for 2 days for troubleshooting, ordered the TCU and a week later they had the part. Scheduled an appointment and it was done within 2 hours. Unless they can't figure it out, ford will have them do a few steps to confirm but 2 or more weeks is outrageous, especially if they know it's the TCU.

Basically the same for me with the TCU. A day or so to diagnose. I got the truck back while the part was on order. Truck was there for the day to install it.
I took it to Corwin Ford in Reno and after having it for a week they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. They said that they had another truck with the same issue and they had been working on it for 6 weeks. I took my truck home and checked back with them 2 weeks later since they never got back with me like they said they would. They finally figured out that it was the TCU. They said that they would need my truck for 3 weeks to run diagnostics on it. I wasn’t about to leave it with them for 3 weeks so they could take their time figuring out what was wrong with it. I dropped my truck off at Capital Ford in Carson City, NV Monday night after work. I got a message from them this evening that they are working with Ford Hotline on the issue and should be done diagnosing it late Thursday or maybe Friday. That sure beats the 3 weeks that Corwin ford wanted to take. I hope to have this fixed soon. Then I plan to turn off OTA updates
Similar situation here with my 2023 F350 Lariat Ultimate: OTA updates failed for last six months, failed software "Enhanced Stability" update, vehicle connectivity screen will not open, Recall 25S49 failed to load twice at dealer two months ago. Dealer contacts Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) for assistance and response is "we are working on a solution and will get back to you." In the meantime, the customer patiently waits for a fix while the manufacturer ponders a solution. Hey FORD! Can you comment here on the forums as to what your plan is?
im going through this also, everything worked great one day the next i saw it showed me at home even though i was now 5 miles away. tried updating tcu but it wouldnt update(ie thumb drive) even tried disconnecting battery and performing a master reset, after that it showed me in detroit although at this time i was in florida, back and forth with dealer and finaly they have ordered a tcu, i hope that fixes it
Ford ended up making the dealership run a bunch of extra test. Ford stretched it out for almost two weeks. They finally gave the go ahead to do the repair. Capital Ford ordered the new TCU and it got in late Friday. They didn’t have time to install the new TCU Friday, so they couldn’t do it until today. I’m glad to have the truck back. Everything seems to be working properly again. It’s nice of Ford to drag this out after they bricked the unit with an OTA update.
finally got my truck back and after tcu replacement all is good again except i had to pay my deductible over more than likely a ford download screw up as it worked perfectly one day but 8 hrs later was fubared

How long did they have your truck? Is the deductible because you have an extended warranty?
over all the ticket started 2 months ago,i had some family emergencies and needed the truck and some was them and ford dragging their asses, ill even take the blame for a month of it but the rest was them.yes i had to pay the esp deductible because i was out of base warr by mileage.but it is working now.all in all they probably had my truck for about a month
I have had the the "no gps" sign on my navagation on my 2024 F250, xlt, 7.3L for the past 2 weeks. My Ford app would also not communicate with the truck. The truck is only 1 year old. Set up an appointment to take it to Ford on 1/5/26. Tried to start my truck yesterday (Friday) and the battery was totally dead. Had Ford roadside assist tow my truck to Ford. Tow truck driver had a hard time tryng to jumping the battery to start the truck. Tow driver said he felt it necessary to tow the truck because he felt if it stalled it might not start again. Truck only sat for 2 days before the battery died and nothing was left on. I'm wondering if something with the TCU could of caused a drain on the battery. Hasn't been diagnosed yet. I will have to wait until Monday to find that out. Kinda makes you lose confidence about the truck starting in the future when you need to use it. Thumbs up to the tow truck driver.

In my case the TCU didn’t drain the batteries. I frequently would let it sit all weekend without use. I would ride my motorcycle instead. It’s a lot more fun to ride. It will be interesting to see if the TCU is draining your battery or if there is another reason.

When I find out what Ford says, I will report back their findings.
