I need some help with an issue i've been having,
anything over id say 55 when you let off gas there will be a very minimal vibration that you wouldn't notice unless you were thinking about it transmission shift perfectly and twice now has hung in 6th until about 10mph then it would slam into the lower gears. what could be happening here truck only has 115k does not tow often.

You probably have two separate issues. The first one is a worn or dry rear u-joint on the driveshaft. Very common symptom across any truck or SUV when letting off the gas during highway speeds. My Ford does not have greasable u-joints, but if yours does, pump in some grease and see if it fixes it.
The other about shifting I unfortunately do not know, but check ATF fluid level and quality first.
