1FD = Ford Motor Co. USA, incomplete vehicle

Y = Class 8--33,001-55,000 lbs GVWR, air brakes

F80 = L800 gas

K = 429 4V gas or LP gas via DSO. "Lima" V8

X = Ford use only

C = Model year 1982

V = Kentucky Truck Plant

A39022 = serial number

1C = Black

204 = 204 inch wheelbase

F808 = L800 gas, 31,800 lbs GVWR. This conflicts with the stated GVWR of 35,000 lbs. This was a special order truck and that probably allowed the higher GVWR

LP6 No info listed under these codes. I'll check another source tomorrow.

2CE
2 = indicates PTO
CE = Clark model 285VHD five speed direct transmission

EPP
EP = Eaton model 23221 two speed rear axle, 23,000 lbs capacity, 6.67 / 9.08 ratios
P = Rockwell (Timken) model FF-903 front axle, 12,000 lbs capacity, with power steering

141525
14 = Pittsburg District Sales Office
1525 = Special Order Number

I do know that https://replacementvinstickers.com advertises that they can make replacement of these.

Looks like you’ve got it figured out. For these older L800s, a replacement VIN sticker can be useful if the original is faded or missing.

If the original VIN tag is hard to read, you can also pull the factory-option details through a window sticker lookup ram https://carfast.express/en/window_sticker/ram style search, those services usually recreate the build info from the VIN and help confirm year, engine, and equipment on older trucks too.
