if that's a fact, why does the crash black box, say the right front crash sensor suffered a 3 g impact and a vehicle speed of 50 mph ?
Not to detail 50 years of trucks ,bikes and atv's, If you ever need to look up a current problem just google it. 99% of the time dealers will say "we never heard of that before" Sad because there will likely be literally pages on the failure or problem if googled. Pretty sad indeed. But then and again, recon them admitting there is a problem causes them money to fix it.
I had one of those myself - bought a car for peanuts, was losing a bit of oil. I really only wanted the stereo out of it. It seemed to be running ok but it was one of those horrible German V4 Ford engines, and there was an occasional knocking from the engine. Drove it around for a bit, still losing oil and making a noise so I took a look at it. There was a hole in the block where a con rod had punched through, and the knocking was whenever the piston in the sump got hit by the crankshaft. No surprises, that hole was where the oil was coming from. I’m still amazed it ran at all.
