That was much easier than I was expecting, went quickly and easily with the very helpful guide posted by @tbear853. I drilled two holes to mount the relays to the wall and it went smooth.
I went ahead and installed the LED's while I was at it and really like them but we'll see when I actually drive, I may end up with the halogens yet. Might take it out later tonight or tomorrow night and see what I think. They seem bright!

Responding to your thread reminded me that I still had a relay harness kit to install. Today (Monday) I decided with earlier darkness coming, it would be a good time, so I proceeded. Took the grill inserts out and went to remove the sealed beams to reach the plugs to disconnect them and I found that of the three screws holding the rings on each bucket, only two were doing any holding. The third or lowest screw on the lower portion was free turning on both. I found that nearly the lowest third of the bucket was badly rusted away, including that tab for that loose screw. I can get it all back together tomorrow, but the time is coming I'll need one more headlight bucket (I have one really nice OEM spare) but I'd take two. The mounts are fine (but I have one of them too).
So it is I who should thank you @Semetery for getting me to dig into it.
