Hello folks. Took delivery today of my new 2025 F250 crew cab with the 6.8. Drove it from a NH dealer to my house on Long Island 250 miles. Averaged almost 19 mpg! What an awesome machine! Coming from a 2022 Tacoma that I loved until I drove this monster. Its been 15 years since ive owned a full size truck and never owned anything like this. Planning on a truck camper in the near future and use this as my daily as well. Retired so the only commute is to the fridge. I really cant believe how comfortable I found the ride to be. Admittedly was a little nervous that my wife would find it too harsh but not at all. Hope this truck holds up and lives up to its name. First FORD truck fot me.
Moving from a Taco to a Super Duty is apples and oranges right? This truck should be a tank for you, a solid daily driver. Looks great - congratulations! Park way out and enjoy the walk. I've rented a few Tacoma's, never owned one. They are fun and easy to drive, especially in a city or parking lot/garage. But I wouldn't trade it for my SD.
