Electrical Issue?
Hello- I acquired an 1988 f250 with a 4.9 that sat for two years and can’t seem to get it running.
I replaced both tanks, in tank fuel pumps and everything else to the fuel rails other than the fuel lines. (Had already been replaced)
bled the fuel system and have confirmed that I have spark (throttle body cleaner in intake and it fired)
I have constant pressure at the fuel rails.
I replaced the fuel pump relay and eec relay.
it just sits and cranks but won’t fire.
From my little understanding this indicates some sort of electrical issue as there is spark and fuel system is primed but won’t fire.
any ideas on what to replace next? I’m kinda stuck.

What year is the truck? How did you bleed the fuel system that is self bleeding?
What do you mean constant fuel pressure? Is the selected fuel pump constantly running with the key in RUN?

I ran all the old fuel sitting in the lines and got as much old fuel out of the system as possible.
I checked the fuel pressure at the fuel rail and it holds at 50psi
when I put the key to on, the fuel pump relay clicks and engages. I can also hear the fuel pump turns on when the key is turned to the on position

Do the pumps turn off after a couple seconds or keep running?

Next I would check the injectors to see if the computer is commanding them to fire.

Time to check "the big 3" again
Make sure you can start yourself on fore with the fuel
Make sure the spark plugs are not wet as hell and fuel fouled
Try a "flood clear start"
