E-Coat Equivalent - 2002 Ranger

Hi everyone - I am doing a small touchup on my 2002 Ranger Edge. Its a garage queen, doesn't get driven in the winter and has no rust. I recently accidentally scratched the e-coat off a portion of the floorpan, under the truck.My truck is E4 Vermilion Red, but of course under the truck (including the floorpan) is the e-coat grey color, not the red color of the truck. I just want to use a grey spraypaint to cover the bare metal where the e-coat has been scratched off.

Has anyone found a grey color that matches the grey e-coat that Ford uses?
