I have a few things and plan on keeping this post updated.
#1..... Fuel pressure... key on not running. 35 psi
its holds. During idle 25psi. It will shoot up a little if throttle is hit. Won't maintain. Not sure if that's normal.
with regulator Unplugged 35 psi at all times. Didn't make the test trip any better. Runs like hammered dog mess. This may have to wait for other issues to be looked at.
#2. While doing the koeo test I get 565. Purge solenoid Its plugged going to throttle body. Not a problem worth chasing yet.
but with the koer test its only flashing 3 times. Like a 6 cylinder engine would. And sometimes it will only give a quick flash. Ive attempted to do the procedure numerous times. Test will not resume after the 3 flashes.( I have video proof) I'm assuming the ecm needs repairing. I did remove the ecm and seen a small dark spot and some corrosion around a capacitor and some other component. My next step is to send it off and get repaired. And continue from there.
#3... will not take throttle. Shifting is all over the place. Im chalking it up to a bad ecm. I'll update when it gets reinstalled.
What's the best place to get these ecm's repaired. Im in south Ga. Dont mind shipping somewhere.
I would inspect the processor capacitors
Your 1995 has PIDS capability if you use a NGS scan tool
Hardly anyone has a New Generation Star tester including myself because in the 30 years I’ve owned an EEC-IV vehicle I have never needed one of those.
Then you totally skipped over these terrible fuel pressure numbers.

It runs poorly because you did t have enough fuel.
