Bad ICP?
95 7.3
Should pins A and B reading 2 ish OHMs on the benchtop on the sensor itself. I've heard there should be no continuity between these two pins or the sensor is bad. Is that correct?

2 ohms seems like a short to me

Did you do voltage tests?
