I’m looking into bypassing/ getting a belt small enough to skip past the air pump on a 94 5.0. Is there anything I need to do if I do bypass it and what size of belt would I need?
Just know if you quit spinning your air pump for a while it will freeze up and be no good afterwards

Get a string and measure.
Or, get the by-pass bracket and pulley, and use your stock belt.
Or, gut your air pump, and use it as a idler pulley.

The point of this is what? Does the air pump work? Are you removing the whole air injection system?

a three way converter in place of the two cats would allow removal of the air pump and maintain the function of the air pump's purpose
