Column shift interlock
Working on my daughter's 2007 f150 XL 4.2L 2wd and searching for info on troubleshooting and replacing the column shift interlock and not finding a whole lot. The couple threads seem to be about console shifters. Anybody replace their column shifter interlock? Couple questions
1. part number????
2. If the brake lights turn on then its definitely the interlock solenoid?
3. Not sure if this is a related issue or not as the previous owner looks to have "repaired" some wiring in the past. The hazards only work when the key is off and the turn signals have stopped signaling.
