LED Front Emblem
I have a 2024 Platinum and noticed that the 2026s now have/offer a LED front emblem. Seems like they have two versions:
Halogen to match halogen headlights:

The description for the Halogen kit says 2023-2026, whereas the LED says 2026. I called my local dealer, he couldn't tell if the LED kit was compatible with prior years like the halogen kit appears to be. I have to imagine they haven't changed the wiring too much since 2023, so presume it's still plug and play.
Any other ideas/sources for verifying if the LED version would be compatible with a 2024 MY? This can not be returned once ordered.

It looks like there is in fact an option that (by description) works with '23-'26 MY with LED headlights, and it is a different part number than the two I posted above. The few reviews aren't exactly the best, but I do like the idea of what this is, both from a black look and the LED backlighting, I think it looks sharp in the pics

Free advertising?
Shouldn’t this part or option be totally cost-free, gratis? Especially since it amounts to pure advertising or marketing not unlike a billboard or advertising wrap? Plus you’re paying actual $ to produce the electrons that illuminate it. My truck came with an extra logo on the windshield in the shaded sunvisor area, but I wouldn’t have paid extra for that.

The emblem is not clear. The light illuminates the are behind the light. You won’t see the light and I wager the led will look identical to the halogen.
