Congrats on your new to you truck! You might find more specific stuff relating to your Ranger on the older years section. This one is for the newer 2019 to 2023 Rangers.
But.....some things apply to ALL purchases on an older vehicle. Unless the seller has provided very specific maintenance records, I would plan on replacing ALL fluids on the entire vehicle. It is costly to do all at once, but in the end, you will have a baseline of maintenance for yourself.
