HEAT SHIELD LOCATION
I'M gonna throw this out there again to see if anyone can tell me where this heat shield goes.
1979 F150 2WD Single cab long bed. I'm still trying to find the correct home for this.

Do you still have stock exhaust? Probably over the original muffler, or more likely the catalytic converter.

Best I can remember it follows the right exhaust pipe from manifold to muffler or just ending under cab.

No stock exhaust. Hedman headers and not sure if i will need this.

I had a '79 F-250 and don't recall ever seeing anything like that on it.
