Cargo Management System Question

I've seen a lot of different accessories that can be mounted to the 4-hole pattern on various years of the F-150. I saw some retractable tow straps that can bolt into them but they are for a 2015 to some newer year and I have a 2011. What I'd like to know is if anyone knows the bolt pattern dimensions and thread specs for the holes in the 2011. I know it was for the original Cargo Management System, which I would love to have, but they are almost impossible to get from what I've heard. I could have something made or modified, but while I can measure the pattern, it's harder to determine the exact thread specs without trial and error. I'm sure someone knows what it is.

Thanks in advance!!
