Where does this line attach?
2017 F250 CC LB 4x4 6.2L
this line- possibly a vacuum hose- comes up on the passenger side of the truck along the fire wall. It’s a plastic line not rubber. I cannot find a fitting that is missing a line anywhere

I may be wrong but possible a vent for the front differential.
