Headlights Causing Electrical Issues After Motor Replacement

Hi all,

Weird one for you guys. I had the motor replaced last week after the dreaded lifter issues.

Headed out on a road trip, and now when I turn my head lights on I get a fault message for blind spot detection system and pre collision system in addition to the HVAC panel going dead. Every other system is functioning and this happens in the running light position as well. I replaced the batteries and checked all fuses with no change.

Like I said I’m out on a road trip and it’s hard to get into a dealership. Any ideas what this might be?

Thank you!
