I have done a bunch of looking and so far have been unable to find something. Can anyone point me to a source for lights designed to be integrated to the '23+ SD grill? I don't want something generic that can be made to work, I'm lazy - I just want to open the box, hop in the truck and see that they're installed and working. Well, maybe not quite, but close
^^Those are about the only ones made to integrate, HOWEVER I have been seeing some bad reviews on some of their accessory lighting like these. Not sure if it was the installer's fault or faulty components.
customautoworksstore.com. very nicely put together and option for a very nice OE style T harness. I would buy again. As mentioned, I personally wouldn't buy anything from f150led ...that's just me however
One tidbit about f150leds, the homepage of their website states free returns but they are not free unless you opt for store credit, but you are not made aware of this until using their return process. If not, YOU are on the hook for return postage and a possible restock fee of 15%. I won't purchase anything from them again. Also, there is no customer service number to call.

I'll second the customautoworks recommendation. Fit well and easy to install, don't have any worries about them holding up for the long term. I opted for the small harness that integrates them into the DRL but it would be easy to just power them off a separate circuit.
The bracket is powder coated as well...I talked to the guy in NY who makes them. Also agree the install was super easy...super tight going back with the grill but easy. For the plug-n-play harness for the LED headlight option, they show going through the wheel well but I saw someone else removed the air cleaner box and just plugged right in to the H/L harness and that's what I did. Super easy.
You'll need to run your own circuit for that then.
Now that I have confirmed that by default the upfitter switches are switched with the ignition, I will use one of those, and just leave it on all the time.

Yes, shady looking site. Any site that won’t list a phone number or their address, I stay away from!
