I was going to suggest that for such a light load you could use a portable Warn winch. But I think those are only 120v AC. I didn't see one that is 12v. Just connect it to a goose ball and pull the load up into the bed and then roll it where you want it since it is on a dolly.
When looking I came across this portable winch set up. Looks like it could be pretty handy. I wonder if anchoring to the 2 tie downs on the lower part of the front bed would be enough to support pulling a few hundred pounds.
12VDC light-duty winches exist - I have one in my garage that I haven't used in years. Haven't needed one to be honest.
You can reuse the bed bolts. Hundreds of thousands (millions?) of trucks that have had a spray-in bedliner applied had their bolts reused....mine included.
I'd find a 4" wide piece of 1/4" flatbar long enough to catch both front bed mounts. Weld a 2" receiver to it, and bolt it down using the bed bolts. Might even be able to use angle iron, but I'd worry about stuff getting stuck behind the vertical leg, under your toolbox.
