I have a 1999 6-speed Powerstroke. No WTS light, I checked all the fuses and relays and I replaced the crank sensor with an actual Motorcraft one and that did not help I purchased a PCM from Diesel tlTechnology of Chattanooga and when I installed it the WTS light came on, I cycled it twice and then tried to start and no start. But then no WTS light. They had me to return it along with my core and then the contact me let me know that the one that had sent me was incorrect and they were rebuilding one to match my core.
in the meantime I went through all the fuses and relays again making sure everything was good and then the new one arrived and I put it in. To be safe I had both batteries unhooked while I was removing and reinstalling the PCM and the new one I had no WTS light at first I turned the ignition off and on three or four times and then I plugged in my OBD2 reader and turn ignition on and the WTS light came on so I turned it off unplug the reader technician back on and had a WTS light turned off turned on again and it was definitely on I go to crank and nothing I turned off and back on and no WTS light and I tried hooking up the reader again and did not make a difference I again unhooked the batteries I again check fuses and then I swapped out the ICM with one from my parts truck but that also did not make a difference.
Thoughts or suggestions?

 

With my old PCM I did unplug the harness over the driver side rocker cover and that did not help no light but I did change the crank sensor and I did put a Motorcraft so I know that's not the issue at least 99.9% sir anyway after I posted earlier I decided to try to unhook the harness Over The Rocker cover with the new PCM and once I do that I have to wait to start light I tried it like 12 times it came on every time so now I got to figure out which sensor is bad

 

I would check for bad wiring, as the sensors rarely go bad .
