That really sucks. unfortunately i haven't ever seen this; so I cannot provide any guidance. hopefully it's just something silly being overlooked

does it do the same thing if you remove the hydra?

I'm also unaware of the backstory and your history

back story is that it died on me about 2 weeks ago, turned out it was the prefilter that i had installed when i did the hutch /harpoon mod a few years ago, I have nothing but time today! i will go through the fuses again, went through them in a bit of haste yesterday

side note, it's like something came loose , I have been trying to get rid of rodents in my garage, wondering if they got to the truck?

Check the big fuses under the hood. IME you’ll want to pull one fuse, check it and clean contacts and then try to start it.

the reason for one a lot a time is b/c when it fires then you know which one is giving you issues. When you reinsert the fuse, be sure to push is down into its home very hard, hopefully she fires up for you today

In the Tech Folder there is a Chart. "7.3 PSD Crank No Start".

This chart may help you.

checked the oil, full
checked fuel, little over 1/4 tank
checked fuel filters are clean
I will be searching for plugs are or wiring, will go through fuses and relays 1st and foremost

Could this be a grounding issue?

Ok serious mystery here! Walked out to work on the truck , I thought what the hell I’ll crank on it a see if I hear anything odd, the old girl fires right up !

now what do I do ??

I guess my best question is why is my battery light staying on after the gps cycle? Never did that before , it does go off once the truck is running

After fuses I would go to the relay behind the radio.
the only ground I'm seeing is coming from the pcm. And the actual pump ground, but if I'm reading right your missing batt+

I'm pretty sure that's what the battery light should do.
I would pull the relay clean the contacts and replace it. Because why not.

I am not sure what you mean about missing the battery positive, the ony time i have seen the battery light stay one is when the alternator was going south, i have a charging gauge in the truck, it tells me i am charging to 14.1 while the truck just idles. but i am going through everything again, just because i took the day off and hoping to find the ah ha moment that i know what happened, since the last thing i did was pull the fuel pump and filter, im going to recheck those connections to make sure there good n tight, i noticed last night i could make the FP terminals move a little so maybe it is just a bad connection??

Batt+ at the fuel pump, I assumed you tested for power there.
