Might’ve been discussed before but I have a 90 F250, EFI 460 7.5L. I moved to AK just recently and was thinking of having a 4x4 transmission and transfer case put in. Has anyone done this before? What would be the price range? Anything would be greatly appreciated.

I am guessing that your truck has coil springs up front and twin beams?
The 4x4 trucks have leaf springs and twin traction beams up front and no they dont swap at least on the 80-86 trucks.
Now some that dont like the 4x4 TTB go with a straight axle and leaf springs in a kit but I dont know if that kit will work on a 4x2 trucks frame so you would need to reach out to the kit people to find out.
I seen posted this kit raises the truck quite a bit and then you need to raise the rear with blocks and this will add to wheel hop.
