The truck is not idling right. It runs rich all the time and Cold it idles 450-500rpm and warm it idles about 1100rpm. Also it backfires through the intake when you "goose" it and it also shudders like it is missing. When pulling hills it has no power and bucks especially in the powerband, it runs the best when I'm cruising around 1500rpm anything above that is when it acts up. I've been chasing this problem for a while now the fuel pressure is fine, it has had a tune up recently, and I put a new PCM in it to fix a no start issue. It has a few egr codes which I'm guessing because it has a half *** egr delete on it. But the main codes I'm concerned about is 212 and 172. I've done a ton of research on 212 and decided to test the resistance between PCM pin#4 and icm pin#2 and I have no resistance. So I thought to find the 22k ohm resistor that goes out before I tried replacing the icm. All I can find in the harness between the distributor and PCM is a diode and a black heat shrink with yellow dotted lines. Am I looking in the right place for this resistor? Or should I be look for something else that could be causing these things? Thanks in advance. I'll also leave a picture of what the egr looks like so y'all can get a sense when I say half a$$ delete.

So it seems like something opens when the engine warms up causing a vacuum leak. Where is “fine” on your fuel pressure gauge? Did these issue start with the “new” PCM or were they there before? The EGR delete doesn’t look that bad provided the tube is completely pinched off to not allow any air to enter the intake manifold and the green vacuum tube is still connected to the solenoid.
