How to know if it’s a ‘59 f100 or f250?
How to know if it’s a ‘59 f100 or f250?
Looking at this project which is priced to sell. It doesn’t have an engine or transmission or any VIN markings. It’s obviously been sitting a long time but has a great body and bones. (Yes i know that’s a red flag) the kid selling it plans to take my advice and do a vin request through the dmv so it can be confirmed whether or not it’s stolen. ANYWAY, the truck has an 8 lug pattern and from the pictures i took of the diff it looks like either a d44 or d60. But im curious if there are any physical features i can use to decifer whether it’s a 100 or 250. From my phone i can’t add the pics to this thread but will try to add them later.
any advice would be appreciated !
