Is there a way to get the numeric RPMs to display in the RPM "gauge"? Exactly like you see with speed

Not to anyone's knowledge, but a very good idea!

 

The Forscan gurus here haven’t been able to do it yet (if it’s even possible). I believe the F150/Rangers are capable of it though.

 

If possible in the F150, got to be a way to do it in the the F250's and above!!!

Numbers also show up on our 23 Expy! I hate that our 25 F350 has nothing in that spot!

 

Yeah the factory tach is useless. I have the Banks iDash so I can keep tabs on RPM and FRP.

Looking at the AsBuilt Mustang data for multiple VINs, this byte is always set to 8, A or B depending on the trim level. For all F250s and F350s, it is always set to C regardless of the trim level. As always, and as stated numerous times here, may not do anything for the F-series...
