2001 battery drain

2001 battery drain
I have a 2001 F250 SD V10 4X4 I just bought. Also has the electric 4X4 switch. Had a little shop work done and the engine is running like a champ - But it has a battery drain. One drain is the dome light stays on all the time - looks like door jam switches are $39.99. Is there another common drain site on these?

Battery drain comes in all sorts of forms. The dome light typically shouldn't stay on all the time though. they should go out after 30 minutes even if the doors are left open. Maybe that is model/ yr specific.
there are threads around here to help solve the door switch issue before replacing though.
have you checked the dimmer switch/ manual override for the dome light? if it's turned all the way it will manually turn on the dome light. maybe check that to start
