3" receiver and a 2" shank on my WDH. I currently have to 2 reducers in the reciever but they are sloppy as ***** and I have to use an anti rattle to keep the shank from moving around when towing.
Does anyone make a single reducer that will allow a 2" shank to be used in a 3" receiver that actually fits tight?
I don't know if you will be able to find a reducer that fits tight enough that it doesn't rattle some. You already have the two reducers. I suggest having the two reducers welded together or use an epoxy to bond them together. You will then have a single piece 3" to 2" reducer.

I, too, had a 3 inch receiver with 2 inch hitch. Ford supplied a 3 to 2 1/2 inch adapter and my previous truck, for supplied a 2 1/2 to 2 inch adapter. While I don't tow a heavy bumper putll trailer, and the sloppiness going down the road did not bother my, but it was a pita trying to get the hole lined up to install the pin. I too both adapter to the garage, held them together with a 5/8 bolt and nut and fired up the welder and welded them together. A little rattle can paint job and all looks good. It works great!
Reason you don't see them is square tubing with 1/2" walls is practically non existent. . That Husky one is a rarity, grab it while you can. Closest I found had 2 1/4" opening @ $62 for 12" piece.
I would take the 2 piece one and weld the ends together and then to eliminate slop, weld a bead on the sides, then grind them until its snug.
I gave up on the reducers and went with a 3" shank. At the time, Andersen Hitches was the only one I could find. They're still hard to come by but a couple of other vendors have added the 3" shank.
I replaced my two-piece reducer with the Husky 3"-2" single piece reducer. With the two-piece reducer, I had 1/2" vertical slop; now I have 1/16". Good call on the Husky.
I second that on the husky! My Anderson WDH has been sitting in the corner because I didn’t want to use two reducers, and never got around to buying a 3” shank after I bought my 2020. Pulled the TT this weekend with the Husky/Anderson and it was a nice contrast to just a standard ball. The husky adapter is a great find!
