My 16 has the same code currently but have not done it yet.
In my online research, I found that when guys replaced either the pump or the heater (sending unit), after they buttoned it all back up, the code came back and then had to replace the other component, the one they didn't replace.
Plus I talked to a former Ford tech who now works at my buddy's shop, he said when they did this work, got the P20E8 code, that they would replace both the pump and the heater.
I bought both in OEM Bosch parts and will replace them both.
So i am tracing back what work I have done. I first got the code for the reductant heater so i lifted the box off and replaced the heater (2nd time in 2 years) put the truck back together and within days the code for the pump showed up. i took the box off again and now replaced the pump. I cleared the code and within days the code showed back up again. Forscan is showing only a peak psi of 17 then drops. so i am thinking i might have pinch the hose in the tank when i put the heater in causing the lack of flow. i will keep you updated, pulling the box off again and checking out the heater

so got the box off. thank god for a big tractor only takes me 10 minutes to remove. I obviously take it off a lot. so no kink in the hose. i disconnected the line from the pump to the filter and blew DEF through it no problem. pump turns on and barely squirts any out. i guess i could have gotten a bad new pump. i will check OHMS later on the pump.
