rear discs
i know this has probably been covered, but a quick search turned up nothing. i have a 79 f350 4x4 that i am redoing. i want to convert the rear to discs. the question is about the master cylinder and proportioning valve. i know you should use disc stuff. what is everybody using? thanks

For what it's worth, I'm using the proportioning valve that came with a new power booster I ordered. Looks pretty plain-jane, no adjustment or anything, just have to attach to master cyl and then route the rigid lines to L/R front, 1 line to rear. I trust/hope that it's correct as there is no way to "proportion" brake fluid. Seems like it should be plug and play. I've not got this fully plumbed yet but once I do I can report back if you like

honestly I don't know. It was the only MC and booster for a 1974 with disc/disc setup... so I'm taking a leap of faith!
I bought it from CJPony so maybe take a look there... they seemed to have a pretty good selection process for what I needed
