Running Board Cab Seal
The zink bolts and washers. #6 3-4 bolts and 1/8 flat washers. Could have worked with 1” bolts.
Used strong magnets for the corners
I put the bolt in the washer and used a deep socket to impregnate the washer to keep the same thickness
Start to finish. I crazed glued the bolts to the washers to make it easier to tighten them.
Only made one to check my clearances and if they would go down the track.
They fit perfectly
Marked the hokes about every 6 inches or so
Used a leather punch to make the hokes for the bolts
Used the magnets on the corners
Corners, I did add a second magnet
Fits great
Drivers side I had to take off the running board because of the fuel tank straps
Finished product
I think it looks great.

But your C-channel looks intact and good enough to use. But your rubber will never fall out .
