I’m sitting at between 3 and 4” of lift and on 35s. Crew cab short bed. Curious what anyone else with that level and tire size uses for specs. Currently I’m at 1/8” toed in, -.5 camber and 4* castor. I could get another degree of castor with ballpoint eccentrics but it would really have the joint stressed and I don’t want to do that. Debating shimming the leaf springs to 6 degrees. Anybody run 6 degrees? I’m looking for highway stability towing and it’s just not where I want it right now. Yes, I am picky.
Have a similar set up have always ran dead ahead 0.00 for the toe spec. Camber and caster I couldn’t recall of course they show up out of spec compared to factory. Truck drives great and tires last 50-60k. Some
shops have suggested toe in to work with the crown of the highway. Personally not a fan seems to me that’s more for medium duty/tractor trailers. Have you recently inspected the front end in the air?

front end is as new as it can be. Just built a Dana 60 for it. All spicer parts. New springs, hangers, brackets, steering linkage etc. nothing is reused. I’m pretty sure I’m headed to 7 degrees of castor but curious if any other Superduty guys run it. My obs was 2 finger stability as 70 towing
I'm currently sitting at , measured from center of hub to top of fender arch , 26 1/4" front and 26 3/4" rear , running 37" tires, and I'm sitting right at 5.5° . I've had this truck (2000 ex 4x4 7.3) for 21+ years, 549k miles, and it never driven this nice down the road.
Also, I tow every day, skidsteer, mini ex, heavy dump trailer, etc and she drives beautifully.

That 1/8 of toe seems a bit much, as well as the -cambor. Most people find around 6 degrees of caster to be the sweet spot. but don't forget your pinion angle. Good driveline geometry trumps most things usually. Not as critical up front but even unlocked it can cause issues.
