Fuel filters replaced
Driver side fuel rail / fuel regulator replaced
tuned with a h&s 80hp tune and EGR deleted but not removed.
In the morning I start up my truck with the key and let it warm up for about 15 minutes. Once i’m in the car if i turn the ac off it will pump even more, but the fuel filter under the drive seat will start to pump. Once it reaches around 190 f it stops. Anything helps, thanks.

If I understand your issue correctly you are wondering why your lift pump, pumps more (how do you know that the pump is pumping more fuel?) and then when the trucks fuel? Oil? Primary coolant? reaches 190f the lift pump turns off and the truck is defueled aka dead?

My issue is that it starts to making a weird pumping noise and i don’t know why it does that. I provided a reddit link with a video of the noise while going like 50 mph temp around 160/170f. Sorry for the confusion
Start your truck and remove the oil cap.
If you see rushing smoke coming out of it, the issue may be your CCV is clogged up
Also warming up your truck for 15 min or more will cause severe fuel dilution in your oil. It is preferred to start your truck and begin driving right away not exceeding more than half throttle till the engine oil hits 100f.

CCV filter was also replaced not long ago but will check asap, thank you.
That could indicate the DFCM (diesel fuel conditioning module)... without knowing more but seems to be what you're saying.
So when you changed the primary filter there, you know there's two tabs that meet when the lower part I'll call the cap, is properly tightened up? One tab is on the top part of the pump where the hoses are and the other is on the cap. I shine a flashlight up behind there when I'm tightening the cap down after replacement. I also put fresh engine oil on the cap threads and new o-ring which makes it turn on much easier.
I'm wondering if the cap may possibly be sucking a little air.
I also prime mine at least 12 cycles... the 30 seconds the pump runs when you turn key on and engine off...
But that sure is a weird sound.
