Wheel offset

Do you think this would be a little to much offset

.

I was checking my rear tires for out of round or broken belts by spinning them on the front hub.

The sad thing is that there are people who run wheels where the outside edge does stick almost that far out from the fender. Apparently they think wheels that look like rubber bands wrapped around a road roller look good.
