Never had these on a truck before but like the idea of self balancing wheels. Are these working kind of like spacers that will end up pushing the wheel outwards slightly?

I have these between my DRW wheels. They work fine. I didn't remove the weights from Discount tire. Discount tire did put the outer wheel on so that it doesn't line up where I can reach the chuck to check the air on my inner wheel. Luckily, it only lost 5 lbs on that inside wheel during our 3 month, 11,000+ mile trip around the country with our truck camper on. But damn, people that do tires for a living ought to know what to do.
Haven't driven on them yet. I did take all the wheel weights off as the most on one wheel totaled 4.75oz. I heard they are good up to 6oz.
I came here exactly for what you posted. I have factory 18in steel wheels on my Lariat with 35in ATs. I was curious how these Centramatics would look under a steel wheel and now I don't have to wonder. I like it, thanks for sharing.
I put some of these on my F-350 SRW a few months ago and like them. I've got 37's and they're a pain to keep balanced 100% of the time. The centramatics help quite a bit and the sound doesn't really bother me. I'm pretty sure I'm the only person who even knows the sound is there since the wife/kids haven't asked about it.
I also put two coats of matte black on mine before installing them just to make them less noticeable. Jerry recommends using a high temp paint. He's also a great guy to work with. The original order that was shipped to me was the wrong parts, but I had painted them before even trying them on. He didn't even blink an eye, said he didn't care about the paint, and sent me a prepaid return shipping label along with shipping out the correct parts. They also refunded me the difference in cost because the correct parts were cheaper. Good guy, good company.
