ART after three attempts leaving a message on their answering machine last week will not return my calls. I wanted to purchase pads and rotors for two trucks. I hope they will still honor the group purchase since this is the first of the year. Did everybody in this forum have any problems with ART. I really want the rotors and pads but have become very impatient with no response from ART.
Took me two weeks (mid December) to finally order mine. As previously posted Dean is hard to get a hold of but he did return my calls (usually 3 days later). Dean did say he would ship the rotors the first week of January as no one would be in the shop during the Holidays. Have patience he will get back to you.
Yes you all are right a little patience would be best. I thought they may have been a larger company because of the demands for this type of a rotor. I will wait to hear from Dean and hopefully get them soon. My teeth are starting to rattle everytime I try to stop with a heavy load or no load its the same. Turned them three times on each truck but they dont last 15K miles and they are warped again!! I cant wait to install them from what ive read on this forum.
Thanks for the replies and have a Happy New Year!!
