Codes after cam phaser replacement

I've just changed my phasers and chains on my 2017 3.5l and now it has a bunch of codes that won't clear. I've checked and double checked all my connections and pretty sure they're all good. There are a lot of them. I don't have a scanner or Forscan, just a code reader. The truck seems to be running great, I'm just hoping somebody can point my in the right direction to solving this

Well after driving the truck for a bit, most of the codes have cleared but there are still four showing for the pcv system

Double check all the nipples on your CAC tube and your hose clamps on your throttle body. Make sure the connectors are actually locked in

You have only 3 codes.
1. 2237 two times is open Ox Sensor 1-1 control lead.
2. 51D two times. Crank case pressure Sensor, lead open.
3. 0401 Invalid speed signal from the PCM.
.
Likely damage from doing the work.
Look at the wiring below the PCM connectors on the passenger side.
Open or faulty circuits won't just go away.
Good luck.
