This has happened twice randomly truck wont start gives a message on instrument cluster it will say Park Brake limited function service required or it will show Hill start assist something forgot what it exactly said that time. Truck is 2025 F350 with 2200 miles any had this happen.
I have the 2025 6.8 with 1,250 miles and the message has shown up twice but still turned over. It was sitting about 10 to fifteen minutes before I restarted it. Did you try to restart it right after shutting it down or some time after?

True. However, even a Ford Quick Lane should be able to handle writing a warranty RO and using the Rotunda machine to test the battery. And roadside assistance can come for a jump or even mobile service if your local dealer offers it. I'll have to look at the mobile van battery tester and see if it provides the necessary codes for warranty replacement.
With all the electronics these days, I've gone to a routine of charging our vehicles' batteries periodically. It seems our vics are always "awake" and never truly shut completely down. Won't necessarily fix a bad battery, but it will keep a battery healthy longer.

Good idea may start doing that. My daughters Ranger is always making weird noises when its just sitting there.
