HELP needed...Getting wires Through Firewall ??

General question..
I have a 2010 F150

I need to get 2 jumper cable wires through my firewall somehow.

I need to power a large Amp.

How can it be done without tearing out whole dashboard ?

Kind of difficult to answer from a keyboard. You'll have to figure out where you need to come through and then figure out where there's a place to drill for this.

I assume you don't have jumper cable clamps on at least one end of the cables.

Pay special attention to the work you do to protect the wires at the point of entry, from being cut and/or chafed by sheet metal etc. They make grommets for this. Don't cheap out on this part.

Make sure you appropriately fuse this cable as close to the power source as possible.
