another blower problem

ok, ive been reading the other guys blower problems and mine are different. on mine, speeds 2 and 3 blow the same as speed 1. but speed 4 blows really hard, like it should. any thoughts?

Resistor array is the problem.

That would be my guess too. Mine was all rusted to the point that only the Hi position worked. It is held in by two screws into the housing of the blower fan in the engine compartment. There is a wiring harness going into it.
