I’m getting codes for misfires on 2,3,4
new plugs 12 months ago.
I just changed all coils yesterday
misfire on 2 went away.
also getting the following 2008 f 250 super duty with 5.4 triton
any and all advice welcome
P0012 - failed cam phaser, replace both with new Ford OEM parts
P03xx - all mis fire codes, If plugs and coils are new, inspect cam roller followers as it is common for them to fail, could also be related to codes P0354 and 0605
p0354 - wire harness problem or related to P0605
P0605 - internal PCM fault ... replace PCM, Ford IDS software might be required to program VIN
it all depends on the mileage and condition of the the truck. Star with a timing job, including new phasers and new cam roller followers and a known good PCM.
