Been all around the truck. I found this underneath the passenger side door. It’s a ground but it’s cut and I don’t see where it could connect. Any idea?
Replaced the cab to body ground still same codes. Could the BCM be bad ?
You need to get the module connectors pinout diagram and check powers and grounds there. If those are good, then you will need at least an o scope to make sure the modules are communicating with each other, will usually be the twisted pair of wires from the connector.
Checking powers and grounds is the cheapest method that finds most issues and doesn't require any special tools other than a volt meter.
Last thing you want to do is be buying expensive modules and wasting time and money to find yourself back at square one!
Led headlights flash/strobe low beam and DRL are not working .No steering wheel controls beside horn.IF i move the turn signal stalk in the first 3 seconds after pushing the push to start to acc it will work but I can’t turn it off unless i turn off the truck. The 4wd **** does not turn on the 4h or 4l on the dash.Dimming works ,radio and sun roof work.Runs perfect other than these issues.
Did you put eyes on the BCM? There is a ground lug in the same general location as the BCM too (behind passenger kick panel). Some have had water intrusion that has leaked onto the BCM fouling things up.

Okay that helps. I strongly think something is wrong with the SCCM(Steering Column Control Module). It's in the housing that holds the wiper and signal stem and it fits around the column behind the plastic covers.
All those failures are commanded by the SCCM specifically.
You still need to find a pinout and wire diagram so you can check the basic power ground integrity and look for chaffed or twisted wires.
