Your first video, sounds like your battery and or starter is weak.
I would think it should crank over quicker.
Do a voltage drop test across your battery while cranking.
Also, almost sounds like its flooded.
The compression test was take. dry, when I added about 10ml of oil I didn't see a significant change.
I agree the first video the battery was probably low, put it on a decent charger and no change. I agree it sounded flooded, so I pulled the plugs they were dry and had no smell.
Well, I got it to run! I had a stack of papers that came with the boat and started looking through them. Old receipts, forum printouts, service records etc. Looks like they have had an issue with the wiring to the key. A little fiddling with it and was able to sus out the problem. Fires like a champ now. Thank you all for the insight and direction.
