Whining engine noises need help
I have a 1988 f250 with the 351 and recently i put on a new water pump and everything was running smoothly then about a week later my truck is making a very odd whining type noise and surging, so i took off the serpentine belt to check the pulleys as i figured one of them was making the noise but i had found out it was the crankshaft that had confused me completely so im currently stuck this is my last resort before seeing a mechanic any help is appreciated thanks
