just got a 96 f150 inline 6 with 5 speed having no spark issue last few days Have power at coil and to dis when uplug spout theres spark when pluged back in no spark also when spout pluged in and unplug Pcm there's spark at coil and to distributor but no spark at plugs any help would be great

you have no spark to plugs without pcm plugged in, but you HAVE it to the coil?
That doesnt make sense, the distributor has a pip sensor
Its readings are by the ICM , the icm decides when to spark
The distributor wire from the coil shouldnt have spark at the same time your plug not, unless you had a bad connection from the cap to the plug somewhere, where youd never get the spark to the plug with the PCM in and spout plugged in or not
But if the spout being unplugged gives you spark to the distributor, but plugged in doesnt, that sounds like maybe theres a icm issue here, since thats what puts the computer in play
To have issues without the computer sounds like an ICM.
whats the ICM look like, color and wording/part number? Picture?
so when pcm pluged in and spout in no spark at coil but have power to coil and dis ,,,,but when i unplug Pcm theres spark at dis But not to the plugs... pcm pluged in and spout unpluged there spark at coil to dis and not spark to plugs tho

That makes no sense, are you detecting SPARK or POWER, how are you testing this?
A calibrated spark tester which wont light up at anything less than full power needed for spark to work right would not show up at the coil and NOT at the plug without there being a mechanical or physical break in the connection to the plug
Which means the wire(x2), the cap, the rotor, to that other wire i did x2 for, then your tester If you use the spark plug itself out of the cylinder to check it, it will light under conditions that may not allow it under running engine but would show you if it gets throguh the hardware
A few thoughts
Using a test light
Check for blinking light on negative side of coil while cranking
That will test the key on power and the profile ignition (pickup) in the distributor (the stator)
Check key on power at the positive coil terminal too, just in case
If you have that blinking light you are halfway there
Disconnecting the spout wire takes the processor out of it and the timing will be stuck at 10 degrees or wherever you have the initial timing set at
We all used these at the dealer back in the day, makes diagnosis easier
That's a good sign
Most of the time, that means you need a new ignition coil or a new TFI ignition module
These things are handy to test for a failed module, and you can drive home on one
You have checked the ohms of your coil wire?
How about the center terminal; of the distributor cap? Is that little ball loose in the plastic or does it have the newer better spring loaded contact?
By the looks of that TFI module connector, it might have trouble there
