As the title states my bed camera isn’t working. I can press the button on the screen and nothing happens. No dtcs are coming up on forscan I’ve tried doing the module reset and self test and everything seems to work correctly. I’m not getting a blue screen or anything. Anyone have any lead I’ve checked what I believe is the correct fuse and it was good.
Very common problem. Is it hot where you are or was the camera parked in direct sunlight? Before mine was replaced whenever it was 80F+ outside the camera wouldn't work. Call your dealer or replace it on your own dime. When replacing it on tour own you may lose the dashed lines on the camera without some programming.

I mean it’s it’s over 80 a lot here in Texas haha and yes it’s been parked in direct sunlight. Is it common for it to not blue screen at all and not have any dtcs? I find it weird that I have neither and when I hit the button in the screen it self it does nothing. It’s like acts like it doesn’t have the option but I have the icon to select.
Before I had mine replaced the 2nd time it would do the blank blue screen or it wouldn't do anything at all. I had a distorted image once and I took a picture of it and showed that to the dealer since it wasn't replicating the issue all the time.
There are a lot of camera recalls on the Ford Superduty trucks, my 2019 was repaired with the 20C19 recall. If you check online for Superduty recalls you will find a lot of info and videos. There may be a recall for yours but if not I’m sure some of the videos may provide a fix.
