p0018 and p0019 codes

Both sensors on driver side are permanent codes according to my reader
My first code was a P0016 on passenger side which I changed out the sensor and cleared the code. Came back a week later
Cleared it again and it stayed off but then the others showed up on driver side
I took out and replaced sensor A on bank 2 with the new sensor I done on the passenger side...(sensor I took out and swapped with is working fine in the passenger side), still has the code but then I got sensor B bank 2 code as well
I am certain it is timing chain from what I have researched here but am not positive 100%
Has 188k Km's on it, regular oil changes done at 5000KM...all highway mileage..may have heard a faint rattle but not all of the time and it starts just fine

My question is, if the timing change is going, would it not throw codes on all of the sensors? Any other things to check out before I tear into er?
