Pass Points

I am a new owner of a 2024 F-350 SD Platinum. I have owned it for 1 week now. I was wondering how long it takes for you pass points to show up so that you can use them. I was wanting to get a bedrug or rubber mat with them. It just keeps saying zero points. For the last 40 years I have always drove a Ram. Employing pricing for all changed my mind in favor of a Ford last week. So far I love the truck!

I bought my truck on the 11th and my points showed up by the 14th. I used mine to order the bedrug as well, if you can order before the 24th they are running a 20% off deal as well.

At my dealership part of pick up was to get on the app so they could confirm you would be getting the points. Only took a day or two to register on the account. Reach out to the dealership if you have not received them.

The dealership I got my truck at was terrible! I drove 200 miles to get it. It was the only 2024 long box Platinum diesel within 500 mile of me. I had 2 local dealers looking for me and they could not find nothing. The dealership wanted the sale and that was all they cared about. I will call them tomorrow and see what they say. It has been a week today and I still don't have my extended warranty paper work that was supposed to be e-mailed to me. My very first Ford and they didn't even show me how anything worked. Nothing was activated on the truck for me to use like the GPS. Worst truck buying experience I have ever had. I did register after I finally figured out I need too.

This was my experience as well, set everything up at the dealer and they confirmed.

Took a week for me, but like other said, they have to confirm your ford pass account which I already had. Since mine was a surprise gift the sales guy bugged me the next day for the info (Saturday), and it showed up in the app on Wednesday the following week.

On the app towards the bottom of the page where you can see the points, there is a button that says "missing points?". I used that after my points didn't show for a couple of weeks after my purchase, and they showed up instantly.

One other note: when you go to use the points be very careful that the points are applied correctly. Its almost like you have to hit the apply button multiple times. I ended up purchasing something and was thinking I had applied the points. Thought maybe the amount I owed would go down once the order was shipped or something. I was wrong. The amount you pay at the time of purchase will reflect point usage.

The other things worth noting here is that squirrels or rats got into the engine compartment and made nests in the heat shield and torn it up. I don't know how that was missed. Upon delivery the truck was hardly even washed as they just handed me two sets of keys and said thanks for your business. That was my vehicles guided tour and hand over. I sat out in the parking lot for 1/2 hour trying to figure out how to make my cell phone work so I had direction to get home. The trucks gps wouldn't work. They finally came through with 31000 points for the truck purchase. I received nothing for the extended warranty purchase nor have I received the paper work, though I am paying for it now. I shouldn't have to spend so much time getting what I deserve. It should have been done day one before I ever left.

I'm not totally sure how the points work as my 2024 F250, that I ordered and received last October, was the first new vehicle I have purchased since 2003. I do know, however, that my points were showing on my account within 24 hours of driving the truck off the lot. I also am not sure how many points you get for a vehicle purchase. My 2024 is a base Lariat, but I got 42,000 points for it from my dealer. It makes me wonder since your truck is an F350 platinum and your dealer only gave you 31,000 points. Makes no sense to me. I figure you should get more points for a much higher trim level truck.

same...but my dealer used my first name plus last name with no space for the user ID and logged me in and let me pick the password. what he did not do was tell me the user name so when I relogged in with my email name...it didnt work and it took a while to figure out what was going on...when this was fixed my points showed up.
