Fuel system issue
I dropped the tank and cleaned it thoroughly. It was disgusting. I also blew out all the hoses and replaced both filters. I have primed the lines by running the lifter pump many times (probably over 50 by now). I still can’t get the engine to fire. I did get it to fire on ether, but it still doesn’t seem to be picking up fuel.
My ICP while cranking (on my mini maxx tuner) is showing 0. Not sure if that would register while cranking or not.
Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Have you pulled any codes yet? Pull the codes first to see. If it's what I think it may be, a blown CP4 from possible contaminates in that fuel batch like water, your CP4 may have gone out.
Pulling the intake off to check the FCA or MPROP, the fuel Metering valve screen will be covered with "glitter," or metallic contaminates from the lack of lubrication for the rollers that ride the CP4s aggressive cam lobes which then grind, causing wear and metal debris which will contaminate the whole fuel system. It will look like this.
Clean one on top... the bottom one... well easy to figure out.
Those lobes are aggressive AF. I also have the S&S DPK kit installed, with the Parker SNAPP filter installed, the new Gen 2.1 kits come with an aluminum filter head and a Donaldson fuel filter.
I also run fuel additives and have been since about new. Additive adds more lubricity for the fuel and much other functions like cetane adder, fuel cleaner, anti-gel, fuel stabilizer, water control, puts alphaltenes back into solution with the fuel which could plug the filter and turn it dark brown and black, and more.
My truck has 137k miles on it...
Good luck...
