Truk won't start

Fuel pump went bad ,replaced fuel pump and filter
check fuel pressure when cold 40 psi, remove plugs and found faulty spark plugs replace all 8 plugs , truck doing exactly the same thing from the beginning cranks but wont start, has no fault codes, check also for spark and i am able to confirm that has gas and spark but won't start it just cranks and cranks and NO START, i am lost on the next step , no camshaft or crankshaft fault codes, need advice from someone that encounter this issue before thanks in advance.. PS went to my friend house started the truck putting in reverse die and it wouldn't start and still with all this work done won't start.

What do you mean by “faulty spark plugs”? Tell us exactly what you saw when you pulled them.

Also, your profile shows “1997 F-150”. That doesn’t really tell us about your truck at all. Which engine and transmission in it? What other work has been done to it?

I reordered your first post in the order that things might have happened.

How did you determine that the fuel pump was "bad"?
Did it start then die in reverse after the fuel pump was replaced? Or was the fuel pump replaced to try and fix the no-start condition?

Kind of looks like the fuel pump was fine and the no-start is caused by something else.

Retell your story in the order that things happened.

If the fuel and spark has been verified - it must be compression

went to friends house after that the truck started ok it run for a few minutes than die and it wouldn't start my neighbor dad has a towing business he brought the truck to my place , first i did check for fuel by pressing the fuel injection service valve no pressure found than check all fuses all good than check and swap fuel pump relay and install a fuel gauge at the service valve ( no fuel pressure, thanremove tank and replaced the pump along with the filter chek fuel pressure gauge and i got 40 psi, crank crank still no start , pull out spark plug and check condition (very old plugs and soak in gas , than I replaced all spark plugs and still wont start, pull one plug and founded again soak in gas not bad as the first time while the plug was out I check compressin on the cylinder a read 120 psi this morning remove the camshaft sensor and check condition looks ok after good cleaning put it back and still no start, re check all fuses ones again (all good) check with scanner again no faults found , truck still no start just cranks but no start and by the way worn out my old battery and also replaced.with a new battery.thank you in advance for your time and help.

Pull the vacuum hose (should be red color) off of the fuel pressure regulator and see if it's full of liquid fuel. If it's blown it will let fuel directly in to the intake manifold. It will also let pressure drop to zero when the pump is off but can still create pressure with a good pump running.

Just one possibility. Be careful that you don't flood a cylinder. You can damage the engine.
